Role Description

AV-Rated Law Firm in Miami seeks a Business Litigation Attorney. The Business Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including research and drafting of legal memoranda, motions and/or appellate briefs, and independent handling of discovery and depositions in multi-party cases in State and Federal court. Candidate should be highly organized, capable of handling extensive document production, and must have strong research and writing skills.

Focused Practice Area: Business Litigation, Receiverships & Securities Litigation, Employment Law, Corporate Governance, Real Property Litigation, Intellectual Property & Trademark Litigation, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights, Appellate Advocacy, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Strong knowledge of law, motions, courts, trials, and depositions

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong legal research and writing skills

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - can meet deadlines
